Campus Manager
Students living in the dorms and apartments are required to register their personal computers before they will be allowed access to the JU network and Internet from their room. The Campus Manager system provides a way to automate the registration as well as ensure the computer meets the requirements of our Network Usage Policy. Click the "FAQ" link above for the specific requirements for your operating system and a list of supported antivirus sofware. Campus Manager performs three functions. It certifies that you are an authorized user of the campus network. It checks your computer for operating system updates and antivirus software. It runs simulated threat scans against your computer to verify that you have the latest security patches installed. Campus Manager can automatically register computers running Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X 10.3 or later.. If you have a Linux computer or you want to connect your Xbox or Playstation to the network, you will have to register it manually.
