Credit Card Payment with eBill

eBill - Statements Prior to Fall 06 OnlyePay

The eBill function, previously utilized by Jacksonville University, will continue to be available to continuing students as a reference only.  This system will allow you to access past billing information, so long as you received an eBill.  Effective Fall 2006, all billing information will be available via My.JU 3.0.  The ePay function will continue to provide you with the ability to pay online from the statement you are viewing.

E-Bill
To view your past billing statement you will need to go to www.ecsi.net/juebill.  This will take you to the login page.  You will need to enter the first two characters of your last name and your student ID number.  For example, if your last name is Smith and your student ID is 0123456, your login ID would be SM0123456.  You do not have your password the first time you login, so you will click on "password" which will automatically send an email to your JU email address.  This email will contain your password and a link that will take you back to the login page.  You will need to enter your login ID and password, which is case sensitive.  If it is your first time on the website, you will be prompted to change your password.

For questions concerning the eBill system or the content of your billing statement, please contact Student Services at 904-256-7080 or controlr@ju.edu.  For questions concerning your Room or Board charges please contact Residential Life at 904-256-7538 or housing@ju.edu.  For questions concerning your financial aid, please contact Financial Aid at 904-256-7060.

E-Pay
Payments may be made by credit card or ACH bank draft and can be made through the eBill issued monthly, or by going to www.ju.edu and clicking on eBill.  To make Dolphin Card deposits, or to pay for parking decals, transcripts, library fines, and other items, you will need to go through www.ju.edu and clicking on ePay, or directly at www.ecsi.net/juepay.

Our eBill/ePay system is provided by Educational Computer Systems, Inc. (ECSI). ACH bank drafts will be processed at $0.40 per transaction.  Educational Billing Services will process all Visa, Mastercard or Discover payments. Their payment processing fee is 3.75% of the transaction amount plus $.50 per transaction.  They will accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover, but not American Express.  Payments made outside of the United States must contain the City and Country in the City line, XX for the State, and 11111 in the Zip Code section.

Tuition Payment Plan
ECSI offers our students a tuition payment plan.  The application fee is $55.  The date you sign up will determine the type of plan available.  Please visit http://www.ecsi.net/tpp/m4-index.html for information and the link to the application.  For our flight students, tuition payment plans are not available for flight fees so you will need to calculate the amount you need less flight fees.

Utilizing Your JU Email
It is imperative that you have an active JU email account and that you check it regularly.  This is not only important for the eBill system, but JU email is the official means of communication for Jacksonville University.  You will miss extremely important information and notices if you do not utilize this system.

You can get your JU email set up by contacting the IT Helpdesk at 904-256-7200 or going by their office located at Founders 14.  You can access your JU email account off campus by entering mail.ju.edu.  If you have trouble with access you can contact the IT Helpdesk at 904-256-7200 or by email at helpdesk@ju.edu

You also have the option of having your JU email address forwarded to another email address.  To do this, sign into your JU email account, click on Preferences, Internet Options, and Mail Forwarding. Just remember that it is your responsibility to maintain a good forwarding email address at all times.
