Credit Card Payment with eBill
The eBill function, previously utilized by Jacksonville University, will continue to be available to continuing students as a reference only. This system will allow you to access past billing information, so long as you received an eBill. Effective Fall 2006, all billing information will be available via My.JU 3.0. The ePay function will continue to provide you with the ability to pay online from the statement you are viewing. E-Bill For questions concerning the eBill system or the content of your billing statement, please contact Student Services at 904-256-7080 or controlr@ju.edu. For questions concerning your Room or Board charges please contact Residential Life at 904-256-7538 or housing@ju.edu. For questions concerning your financial aid, please contact Financial Aid at 904-256-7060. E-Pay Our eBill/ePay system is provided by Educational Computer Systems, Inc. (ECSI). ACH bank drafts will be processed at $0.40 per transaction. Educational Billing Services will process all Visa, Mastercard or Discover payments. Their payment processing fee is 3.75% of the transaction amount plus $.50 per transaction. They will accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover, but not American Express. Payments made outside of the United States must contain the City and Country in the City line, XX for the State, and 11111 in the Zip Code section. Tuition Payment Plan Utilizing Your JU Email You can get your JU email set up by contacting the IT Helpdesk at 904-256-7200 or going by their office located at Founders 14. You can access your JU email account off campus by entering mail.ju.edu. If you have trouble with access you can contact the IT Helpdesk at 904-256-7200 or by email at helpdesk@ju.edu. You also have the option of having your JU email address forwarded to another email address. To do this, sign into your JU email account, click on Preferences, Internet Options, and Mail Forwarding. Just remember that it is your responsibility to maintain a good forwarding email address at all times. |
