Note:  A week in the Spring semester will be designated as the period in which many assessment activities will occur.  During that week, academic and administrative departments may engage in activities that will facilitate implementation of their assessment plans.  Departments may meet to work on assessment related activities, collect information, or analyze assessment data.  The week may also be set aside by the University to conduct surveys of students, faculty, and staff.  PAT will coordinate with the academic scheduling committee so that there is minimal conflict with classes.  Dates for these activities will be announced sufficiently in advance to allow flexibility and to plan for minimum interruption to classes.
